All Epynt Motor Club members are warmly invited to the Annual General Meeting, being held on Friday 8th December at the Victoria Hall in Llanwrtyd Wells, at 7.00pm for 7.30pm.

The Agenda, including minutes from the last AGM, can be found below, as well as proposed alterations to update the Club rules and the provisional 2024 Club calendar.

The meeting will include election of the Club President, Vice presidents, Directors, Life members, and all Club Officials.

If you are interested in taking on any of the roles and would like more information about what it would entail, please contact us.

Nominations for all roles can be made on the night or sent to the Secretary by email to epyntmotorclub@hotmail.com by Monday 4th December.
