All Epynt Motor Club members are warmly invited to the Annual General Meeting, being held on Friday 29th November at the Victoria Hall in Llanwrtyd Wells, 7.00pm for 7.30pm.

The Agenda, including minutes from the last AGM, as well as proposed alterations to update the Club rules and the provisional 2025 Club calendar, will be added here before the meeting.

The meeting will include election of the Club President, Vice presidents, Directors, Life members, and all Club Officials.

If you are interested in taking on any of the roles and would like more information about what it would entail, please contact us.

Nominations for all roles can be made on the night or sent to the Secretary by email to epyntmotorclub@hotmail.com by Monday 25th November.
